Leadership Workshops

Four two-day Leadership Development Workshops, aimed at developing participants' leadership and boundary-spanning skills through practical knowledge-sharing regarding the show case projects.

The workshops have been developed in the context of the EU-Drivers platform and explored all of the elements involved in making regional cooperation work – including issues such as motivators and barriers to cooperation, strategy (regional and organisational), leadership, governance and funding. More specifically the workshops looked at:

  • Obstacles and opportunities to regional innovation partnerships, 1-2 September 2010, Brussels.
  • Resourcing the partnership, 18-19 November 2010, Barcelona
  • Sharing physical spaces, 4-5 May 2011, Riga
  • Partnership Communication, 19-20 April 2012, Leuven
